Finding Danny Brown at his most urgent and frantic, rapping over an anxious electronic backing track (sounding very much like an evolution of what we have intermittently heard from Danny Brown before), When It Rain is Danny Brown at his musical best - quirky, unique and, to an extent, dangerous.
The visual, meanwhile, follows a similar trend; seemingly utilising the home recordings of a hallucinogenic experience to produce a trippy amalgamation of imagery, perfectly complementing the frantic anxiousness of the sound on the Bruiser Brigade label-head’s latest track.
