Have you ever been torn between wanting the sportiness and comfort of a Nike sneaker and the street chic and style of Converse Chuck Taylors?
Well, listen up, because you needn't be torn no more.
Converse has just released the all new Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II, an adaptation of the classic Cons you know and love, but now — for the first time — with innovative Nike Lunarlon technology.
“The Chuck Taylor All Star is one of the most legendary and iconic sneakers of all time,” says Jim Calhoun, Converse President and CEO. “The launch of Chuck II is a ground-breaking moment for Converse as we continue to move the brand forward through creativity and innovation, ushering in not just a new sneaker, but a completely new way of thinking."
Its new innovative features include: Nike Lunarlon sockliner for superior full foot cushioning and arch support; foam padded collar and non-slip gusseted tongue for 360-degree comfort; and a perforated micro suede liner, for breathability during extended periods of wear.
It's the same iconic shoe — just with added comfort and support.
The new Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II sneaker makes its debut on Tuesday, July 28, for RRP $120 exclusively at the Converse Melbourne Central Flagship Store, converse.com.au and selected Foot Locker, Hype DC and Platypus Shoes doors across the country in the following colours: black, white, red and blue.
