Call The Cops may just be the most befitting tour name to bestow upon BLEEDING KNEES CLUB, DZ DEATHRAYS and YACHT CLUB DJS upcoming boarder crossing venture.
You know why? Because as Kanye once preached, this shit WILL get cray. Joining forces, these three acts will throw two special shows in Melbourne and Sydney ahead of playing Splendour in the Grass under their own respective names.
For years, YACHT CLUB DJS have been bringing the party to punters all over the nation with their frenzy-inducing mixes of pop, rap and even occasionally a tune from The Simpsons.

Surf-punk and bratty vocal chants, BLEEDING KNEES CLUB will have you headbanging and dancing up a riot. If you’re yet to see this Brisbane duo live, brace yourself. (Is it just me or is their drummer the happiest person ever? I want him to be my bestfriend.)
A recent trip overseas saw this pair get kicked off stage for being too loud. If that doesn’t give you an indication of how loose a DZ DEATHRAYS gig can get, I don’t know what will.
So if you’re seeking a night of debauchery-all-sorts, Call The Cops awaits. July 19th, Corner Hotel Melbourne [18+]
July 20th, The Factory Theatre Sydney [Lic AA]
