Short description of your band and your music: I've been calling it 'Heavy Jangle' but I can't decide.

Has the party side of the music industry been all you were hoping for so far in your career? I've partied at parties and drunk all the different local beers in existence so I guess so!

What is the best thing that's happened to you/your band so far? Getting accepted to be part of BIGSOUND! Also maybe getting recognised in a bar in Japan for playing with Babaganouj. That was cool!

Are your ambitions mainly artistic or commercial? There's no point doing this if you're not completely and utterly involved artistically. That said, I'm trying my best to not go broke or get ripped off.

Is your music best rendered in the studio or the live realm? I think Babaganouj have differences live and in the studio. Our recordings are usually detailed and hi-fi, whereas our live show is loud and uptempo. Both need to portray the same feeling when experienced.

If you could have any act past or present join you on your next tour who would you tap? I wanna play some more shows with our friends Hockey Dad. They're from Wollongong. Otherwise, my fave band of all time is Big Star. Can Alex Chilton come back from the dead now please?

What industry lessons would you like to take away from the BIGSOUND conference? I just wanna get some dancing tips from Peter Garrett. Also I'm looking forward to seeing Jake Cleland talk as well.

What acts are you looking forward to checking out at the BIGSOUND showcase? I really like The Ocean Party so I'm gonna see them. Maybe some of the new IOHYOU bands too.

Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at BIGSOUND? A) We're really good-looking. B) Our songs are pretty good. C) The Elephant is a good venue. D) Partying. E) Cool sunglasses! F) BIGSOUND 2015.
