Briefly decsribe the design/atmosphere of the bar.
We have an outside space that few pubs can match, with long, raw wooden boards, big umbrellas to shade you during the day, and enough chairs to share with a few new friends in the evening. At night we have carefully planned lighting to provide you with just the right atmosphere to sit and chat. If beer is not quite your thing, there's a wine list or cocktail guaranteed to keep you entertained.
Does the bar have a music component?
DJs play every Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings from 6pm to midnight and on Sundays from 3-10pm.

A selection of the hippest beers, wines & cocktails to get you in the mood.

The dining room is situated downstairs overlooking the courtyard. Chef Elton Inglis has created a contemporary new menu with a fresh approach on modern classics driven largely by the extensive fresh premium produce available seasonally.The grill menu is offered during bar opening times serving a selection of skewers, sliders, chicken wings, fish & chips and our famous Tilbury Dog.

Head Chef, Elton Inglis has been yelled at by Gordon Ramsay, trained disadvantaged youths with Jamie Oliver & served up gastronomic delights in top London Michelin Star restaurants and now he's here with us at The Tilbury and determined to put us on the map as a top food destination, with fresh approach to modern classics with premium seasonal produce.
