What's your bars specialty drink?
There is a big focus on craft beer, but our speciality would have to be our fresh coconut with rum and lime (served in the coconut).

What drink turns you off?
Anything that is drank for effect rather than appreciation of flavour.

What makes your bar different?
I think we have a great balance of classic pub feel and modern techniques. The food is definitely a standout, but what most people notice is how much we are constantly evolving, we are always adding and improving in all aspects of our business. It keeps things exciting!

Who will I meet at your bar?
Locals, sports fans, beer nerds, foodies and bar flies.

What’s the design/atmosphere of your bar?
We are really lucky that the building has so much character. The wooden floors, brick walls and fire places take care of most of it, we simply added some soft lighting, comfortable furniture and some some toe tapping tunes. Rather than create an on trend venue, we want the place to feel like its always been here. We just took our time to make the place somewhere we'd hang out.

Best hangover cure?
Fresh coconut water at the Statler and Waldorf and roast of the day.
