How did you first become involved in the music business? My first industry job was as the bookkeeper at Rubber Records.
What's your area of expertise and what experience do you have? Music business management is my area. I've also worked as an artist manager, tour promoter, and run an indie label but the finance/business/accounting side has always been my main thing.
What topics will you be mostly talking about at Australian Music Week? My panel is all about the business side of the industry. We'll be talking about music royalties, bookkeeping, the EMDG and other financy things that artists and managers need to be aware of.
What do you hope to personally take away from Australian Music Week? A few laughs!
What's one question about the music industry you'd love to have the answer to? Yeah, but can you dance to it?
