How did you first become involved in the music business? From mixing and recording live bands at school in Tas. From there, I moved to Sydney and became a partner at Damien Gerard's which gave me industry contacts.

What's your area of expertise and what experience do you have? Over 30 years' experience both locally and internationally, encompassing many areas of the music industry — from management, A&R, promotions, marketing, live sound, touring and recording, to international releases, music publishing, film synchronisations and production.

What topics will you be mostly talking about at Australian Music Week? Record labels and the changing nature of the business.
