Australia Day Focus: Vic On The Park

What do your Aus Day celebrations involve? Live music from Bad//Dreems, Polish Club, Flowertruck and ADKOB, as well as lamb on the spit and plenty of tinnies.

Will you be doing anything special or out of the ordinary? The event is a fundraiser for Wirringa Baiya, Aboriginal Women's Legal Centre. It provides support services to Aboriginal women and children who are victims of violence, typically domestic violence. 

What will you be eating and drinking on Aus Day? Lamb on the spit and tinnies of Young Henrys.

What do we need to know about your Aus Day celebration? The event will be held in the Vic carpark between 1pm and 8pm on 24 Jan. Entry is by donation to Wirringa Baiya Aboriginal Legal Centre and the Vic is matching every donation dollar for dollar.
