The Ternary will be serving up delicious food all day, leading up to the fireworks in the evening. Here's what to expect, so you can organise your stomachs accordingly:
Breakfast: There'll be a full buffet breakfast on offer, plus live Indigenous music being performed from 8-10am.
Lunch/all day: The Ternary's Gourmet Bar has whipped up a special Australia Day menu featuring fresh prawns, buckets of beer and jugs of sangria with live music from 5.30pm until late.
Evening: Choose from two Aussie buffets. From 5-7pm, $65 ($25 for children under 12) will get you a traditional buffet, with the additional option of a seafood platter for two at $80. Then 7.30-9.30pm, Ternary's bringing out the big guns with an indulgent seafood buffet by the harbour, with a full view of the 8.30pm fireworks. That one's $110 per head ($45 for kids under 12).
