When she's not studying law full time, SORTAGOTH is one part of the Sidechains crew, one part epic DJ and more recently, one part producer too.
Her DJ sets are characterised by hyper-pop sensibilities, big bass and an exceptionally flawless feel for tempo. 2016 saw her take that same group of sensibilities to an original track and a couple of remixes too.
Debuting her single, 'Latex', to the world earlier in the year, it was a killer blend of nightcore and bass music. Sampling Sophie's 'Hard,' it gained some pretty big traction online and in similar sound circles such as NLV Records and more.
One month after the release of 'Latex', she dropped a huge remix of LIZ's 'When I Rule The World'. It's appeared in mixes from acts like Innocence over in Japan and more, which is massive for the Sydney producer. Not only this, but in the time she's been producing and DJing, she's supported huge international acts such as Masayoshi Iimori and SOPHIE too.
We're super keen to see what's to come for SORTAGOTH because it's not often that you come across a producer with such an apt ear for tempo, feel and style too.
