What makes you a good fit to set up shop at Americana Fiesta? True American Barbecue uses real wood to fuel the fires of the traditional barbecue pits, imposing a distinct smoke flavour on large hunks of meat seasoned accordingly and cooked for a fucking long time.
Are you doing anything especially for the day? Yes, we are doing an off menu sandwich (in barbecue we call them a sandwich, not a burger) with brisket and jalapeno hot link sausage with pickles and sauce.
