Album Focus: Shadowqueen

Album title? Living Madness
Where did the title of your new album come from? It's a lyric from the first song on the album called Ruin Me. We felt it summed up the album and the current state of the world we're all living in.
How many releases do you have now? This is our second album, our self-titled debut album came out in 2012.
How long did it take to write/record? We spent probably on and off about a year writing this album, it was a gradual process we didn't want to rush it. We recorded it within three weeks.
Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? I think we were inspired by a lot of experiences we had since making our first album, we learnt a lot and I think it shows on this new album.
What's your favourite song on it? Tonight - that's a really good example of the sound and style of this band, it captures all the elements.
Will you do anything differently next time? Always. We've grown so much as a band from our first album to this one, we've matured as songwriters and musicians so I see that growth continuing.
