Album title? White Bird/Burn The Sky

Where did the title of your new album come from? Each side of the album has a separate title named after a song that best represents that side. The concept works best when you have a copy of it on vinyl!

How many releases do you have now? We currently have 2 EPs, a limited edition vinyl and now the debut album. That's four releases all up.

How long did it take to write/record? We had around four months of pre-production leading up to a two day stint in the studio where we nailed as many tracks as we could. The best ones are on the album.

Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? The very idea of putting out our first album was quite motivating and inspiring. It's a satisfying and rewarding thing for any group to accomplish.

What's your favourite song on it? My personal favourite is Ain't Got Nobody To Blame But Myself. It's got a riff I really enjoy playing live.

Will you do anything differently next time? Hopefully we'll experiment a bit more and stretch ourselves as musicians. We get more comfortable every time we go into a studio and this is all a part of progressing.

When and where is your launch/next gig? July 4 we play Cherry Bar in AC/DC Lane, Melbourne. It's our album launch show in our hometown and we cannot wait to get on stage for this!
