Mylee and her band just got randoms to sing backing vocals on their album.

Album title? Mylee Grace And Ozzy Wrong Songs (featuring bonus Tristan track)
Where did the title of your new album come from?
The title of the album suggests exactly what it is. A few of my songs, a few of Ozzy’s and some we’d written together. Oh and our lead guitarist Tristan recorded his track, Susie Maroney.
How many releases do you have now?
Two.
How long did it take to write/record?
We’d written some songs while recording the album and some years prior. The recording was done over a week in a house in Byron Bay.
Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making?
There were people we didn’t know popping their heads into the studio and we’d literally be like, “We need back-ups on this track. Here’s the headphones, SING NOW.”
What’s your favourite song on it?
Ozzy’s song Lady Lady Lady. It’s my favourite but I can’t convince him to sing it live.
Will you do anything differently next time?
Spend more time on recording and less on drinking.

Captain Cook Hotel. Summer launch party! 29 Nov.
