Name of show: The Full Load

Describe your show in a tweet? It's funny, quirky, performed in a laundromat. An outrageous story about a laundromat owner who likes to wear his customers clothes.

What was the inspiration behind your show? A good friend of mine owned a laundromat and I would visit and sit in the corner and watch as the most amazing stories unfolded in front of me — I just had to write a show in a laundromat.

Tell us a bit about the creative team working on this project? I'm the writer and performer of the show. I have been performing in comedy based shows and improvisation for nearly 30 years. The debut performance of The Full Load for Melbourne Fringe was directed by the amazingly talented Roslyn Oades.

What do you love about Fringe and why? It's a truly great place to explore the boundaries of your work, you get to push things further than you would normally. That freedom to explore often creates really exciting work, it's edgier, fearless and bold.

When and where is your Fringe show? The Full Load is on at 6.30pm 18 — 20 & 25 — 27 Feb at The Melbourne Street Laundromat North Adelaide
