Sydney Comedy Festival Announces Latest Acts To Join 2024 Lineup

The Sydney Comedy Festival is set to kick off on April 22nd and run through May 19th.

The Sydney Comedy Festival has revealed the latest additions to its star-studded lineup for 2024, which is set to kick off on April 22nd and run through May 19th.

The festivities will commence with the festival-favourite Galas from April 23rd to 25th, showcasing a lineup that is a diverse mix of talent, ranging from viral TikTok sensations to internationally acclaimed comedians.

Among the headliners is Adrian Bliss, a TikTok star from the UK renowned for his historical sketches and POVs inside the human body.

Joining him are Myf Warhurst and Zan Rowe with their live stage show Bang On, the outrageous comedy cabaret duo Mel & Sam, the magic mayhem of internet sensations Christian Hull & Christopher Wayne, along with improv master Steen Raskopolous, who stars in the upcoming Australian reboot of The Office later this year.

International talent gracing Sydney stages this year include queer extraordinaire Sarah Keyworth (UK), best-selling author of This is Going to Hurt Adam Kay (UK), Lebanon’s King of Comedy Nemr (LBN/USA), Would I Lie To You? favourite David O’Doherty (IRE), Scottish accent-master Larry Dean, Norwegian clown and 2023 winner of Britain’s Got Talent Viggo Venn, and pop music duo and real-life couple Two Hearts (NZ).

“With everything from rising stars to legends, international faces to TikTok sensations, the 2024 line-up will be one of our biggest and best. Sydney, get ready for 4 weeks of non-stop laughter!” said Sydney Comedy Festival Director Jorge Menidis.

Due to overwhelming popular demand, the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala at the Enmore Theatre has now sold out, and there will be a second Enmore Gala on 25th April.
