"Depersonalisation explores themes ranging from personal to societal."

After four years of writing and recording across three Australian cities, Brisbane-based quartet Nite Fields finally unleash their stunning debut LP, Depersonalisation.

Across nine tracks the group experiment with and blend extremes – light seamlessly turns to dark, poetic focus is paired with vast instrumentation, while bright, jangly guitars duel with cold, rigid synthetic sounds, all to masterful effect. With the confident yet haunting vocals of Danny Venzin at the helm, Depersonalisation explores themes ranging from personal to societal, each verse provoking profound thought and, at times, perplexity from the listener.
