Album Review: La Femme - Psycho Tropical Berlin

Nearly two years after its original release, La Femme’s Psycho Tropical Berlin finally makes its way to the Australian market. As a reward for their patience, the band grace their Aussie fans with the inclusion of a new track, From Tchernobyl With Love, which further demonstrates their now signature blend of psychedelic, surfy techno. It’s hard to know exactly what the group are singing about half the time, yet the music doesn’t get lost in translation at all – Psycho Tropical Berlin is a slinky and sexy record.
