"Each track lends its own unique twists to build out larger moments."

More Kav Temperley More Kav Temperley

The debut solo EP from the Eskimo Joe frontman Kav Temperley will sound familiar to fans of the later Eskimo Joe albums, but still has the flexing muscle of experimentation to stir it up.

Largely an acoustic-based collection, each track lends its own unique twists to build out larger moments. It's the honest approach to each track's songwriting that opens Temperley up to a new standing. Be it the slow winding uplift chorus of Hope St or the exposed lyrics of The Limit, it's a fresh breath of air from the West Australian, and a welcome one at that.
