"Kendall’s confident delivery means the emotional punch lands with just the right power. This show deserved a much larger audience."

Sarah Kendall is fearless. It's a quality that becomes ever more apparent the deeper she gets into the beautiful and touching story she tells in Touchdown. Unpacking a joke the Aussie ex-pat has used in previous shows about an almost true incident that occurred on a school football field when she was 15, Kendall crafts a near flawless account of high school life. It's the small details that provide the laughs, and ground this story in a more genuine truth than the original joke. Kendall's confident delivery means the emotional punch lands with just the right power. This show deserved a much larger audience.
