"Sometimes he lets the punchlines linger, sometimes he doesn’t even reveal them."

Delving deep into the English language in search of double meaning, Milton Jones surfaces with one-liners, puns and crafty wordplay. Sometimes he lets the punchlines linger, sometimes he doesn't even reveal them, letting the audience guess where they are going. At times predicting the ending is more enjoyable anyway, as an awkward silence soon becomes a room full of slow burning laughter. Jones' linguistic prowess is exchanged for visual gags later in the show when he reveals an outdated overhead projector and shares a series of stick figure illustrations. The stand-out joke is strangely the only serious moment in the routine, when he bemoans Australia's asylum seeker policy by recalling the lyrics to the theme from Neighbours.
