"This varied collection spans genres, moods and authors in a loose fashion."

This varied collection spans genres, moods and authors in a loose fashion. Frontman Mitch McDonald's Intro has a melodious soundcheck vibe, which, along with Storm Troopers, breaks their hard-rock aesthetic. Written by bassist Robbie Rumble, the latter is a wonderfully dark and breezy garage track, preceding a gloomy ballad from drummer Lewis Walsh. In contrast, the two songs written for their upcoming album possess all the noisy, clanging fury for which they're known. This includes the buzzing Chemical Motivation, which sounds heavily motivated by My Chemical Romance's Teenager.
