How did you first become involved in the music business and how did you end up where you are today? I began assisting John Butler with his music business when he was busking in Fremantle. As our relationship grew so did my interest in all things necessary to assist musicians to succeed in business.

What's been the biggest change in the music business you've seen over the past 12 months? The ongoing shift to the digital era and the explosion of social media and online marketing of music has allowed musicians to get their work out there to a wider audience and global market.

What do you think will be the biggest issue affecting the music industry in the next 12 months and why? The ongoing pressure and responsibility on musicians to keep abreast of these changes and ensure larger streams of touring income, as there are more people going to more varied gigs amongst an explosion of Festivals.
