2017 highlight of the year

Highlight of the year would have to be seeing Wet Lips take the stage at the Same-Sex Marriage Results Party and perform to the elated crowd in the rain. Another highlight of 2017 is that it was a great year for fringes.

prediction for 2018

I reckon that we'll continue to see an increase in the representation of gender diverse artists, as those who are paving the way within the scene now continue to cultivate safer spaces for both performers and gig-goers. Let's go, Melbourne!
