2016 highlight of the year

Ahh! There is always so much I want to include in the poll as The Music's former Arts Guy, and then I try to cram it in here. The top theatre: The Blind Giant Is Dancing, Golem, Jasper Jones. The top podcasts: The Berlin Patient, This American Life, Wilosophy. The top talks: Miranda July, Jonathan Franzen, David Sedaris, with a special mention to Ira Glass in Three Acts, Two Dancers, One Radio Host. The top books: The Sick Bag Song, The Bed Moved, So Sad Today. My top personal thing: moving to London with one of my best friends and starting to build a life here. Just imagine what weird shit I could've put in this poll if I was allowed to include gigs over here. The answer is Radiohead. But all in all it's been a glorious year of huge arse challenges and lots of support from my friends, family and my beloved The Music. Before I left in August I went to a gig, stand-up set, play, film, etc etc into infinity, almost every night for The Music - my mates who got to go along and sip free champagne are as grateful as I am for the opportunity.
