  • The soundtrack to your week just got a lot better, with Melbourne artist Alice Ivy (aka Annika Schmarsel) picking up triple j’s Feature Album with her latest release.

After being named The Music’s Album Of The Week, Don’t Sleep will get a wealth of airtime on the youth broadcaster this week.

It’s the second album from Alice Ivy, which The Music has described as “a thrilling excursion”.

Don’t Sleep is in good company on triple j this week, with stacks of other local music making the cut, including B Wise’s Think Twice (feat. Kojey Radical), Illy’s Loose Ends (feat. G Flip), Sycco’s Dribble, Tkay Maidza’s Don't Call Again (feat. Kari Faux) and Tyne-James Organ’s Hold Me Back.

Meanwhile, cuts from US artist Oliver Tree latest LP, Ugly Is Beautiful, will also feature on triple j across the week, alongside Alfie Templeman’s Things I Thought Were Mine, beabadoobee’s Care and BENEE’s Night Garden (feat. Kenny Beats/Bakar).
