After nine years of performing live, Melbourne favourites The Peep Tempel have announced they will be going on hiatus this year.

Before stepping away, the trio will embark on one final run of shows, to kick off this weekend in Perth.

The band will then move on to play in Fremantle, Byron Bay, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Central Coast, Sydney and Melbourne throughout the coming months.

The Peep Tempel have released three studio albums since forming, with the latest, Joy, being released last October.
