The tracklist for Monáe's second LP has been unveiled.

More Janelle Monáe More Janelle Monáe

The world will finally hear the new LP from futuristic soul/R&B diva Janelle Monáe when The Electric Lady hits shelves Friday 13 September and we now have a better idea than ever of what we're in store for with the tracklist recently revealed.

The incomparable Prince is the biggest name to be joining Monáe on album number two, he will appear on the track Givin Em What They Love, but there are plenty of other exciting acts involved as well.

Solange (the sister of Beyoncé and incredibly brilliant artist in her own right) appears on the track Electric Lady, pop star Miguel will be there for the song PrimeTime and Esperanza Spalding appears on Dorothy Dandridge Eyes.

Of course we've known for quite some time that the great Erykah Badu would be appearing on the LP, her and Monáe's Q.U.E.E.N proved a very promising tease for the record months ago.
