US rap group Migos are being sued following allegations their hit track, Walk It Talk It, was ripped off from another hip hop song.

As TMZ reports, Leander C. Pickett (aka MOS) has filed a copyright lawsuit against the trio, alleging they used a "substantial portion" of his 2007 song, Walk It Like I Talk It, in their March-released track.

Pickett's single is featured on a DJ Folk mixtape released back in 2008.

The artist is suing both Migos and Capitol Records and has requested they not use any of his work in future.
