Bluesfest sideshows confirmed.

More Kurt Vile More Kurt Vile

It’s a good day for Kurt Vile fans, with the American indie rocker spilling the beans on his next record while also confirming Australian tour dates.

After releasing a collaborative record with Courtney Barnett last year, the multi-instrumentalist will drop his seventh studio solo record, Bottle In It, on October 12 via Matador Records/Remote Control.

Joined by his band The Violators, Vile will tour Australia next April, taking in Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth around his already confirmed appearance at Bluesfest 2019.

It’s been a few years since the release of Vile’s acclaimed B'lieve I'm Goin Down... LP, and fans can hear how he’s transformed since via new cut Bassackwards.
