Producer/singer/songwriter KLP has just inked a fresh global publishing deal with BMG.

2017 was a huge year for the Sydney artist with her dropping singles Changes, Melt and Never Be The Same to rapturous acclaim that caught the ear of BMG Australia Managing Director Heath Johns.

“Kristy is one of the most talented and hardest working songwriters in Australia. She can engage in songwriting sessions as an artist, topliner and/or producer,” Johns said.

“This rare versatility puts her in an incredible position to take advantage of the unique possibilities and global opportunities that come with being a part of the BMG family.”

KLP is similarly stoked with the deal and the opportunity it presents to collaborate further with international artists. Especially ahead of her latest single, Carried Away featuring Milwaukee Banks, which is due to drop tomorrow (23 February).

“I clicked instantly with the BMG team and love their international vision for their writers and genuine passion for their roster. I’m excited by the company culture and fresh approach that BMG is rolling out and can’t wait to write some tunes all around the world,” KLP said.

KLP joins an artist roster that includes the likes of SAFIA, Peking Duk, Meg Mac, Montaigne and more.
