Back in February, it was reported that Kendrick Lamar and SZA were being sued for artwork used in the video for their Black Panther soundtrack single All The Stars with the artist claiming that they used visuals without her permission.

Pitchfork have today reported that the case has now been settled, and that "the original case will now close with all claims dismissed."

The suit had been brought against the musicians by British-Liberian artist Lina Iris Viktor who claims her fine art pieces Constellations I, Constellations II and Constellations III  were used in the video despite her turning down Marvel’s requests for use in November 2016 and December 2017.

Lamar and SZA are yet to comment on the case. Watch the video for All The Stars below with the alleged artwork appearing at 2:59.
