More Guttermouth More Guttermouth

Ahead of their 25th anniversary and farewell Australian tour next month, Californian punk rockers Guttermouth have whet the pallet of fans across the country by announcing the colossal support bill set to be joining the August tour.

About a month ago, the '80s-originated band let Aussie fans know they'd be venturing Down Under for the final time, and being avid fans of travelling to Australia, Guttermouth announced a huge support act vote through their Facebook page, letting fans decide which local outfits would warm-up their 18-date farewell.

Some of the acts chosen to support the pop-punk act include Sydney's Beaver, Woolongong's Topnovil and Nerdinger, and Melbourne's For Amusement Only, Take Your Own and Dixon Cider, to name a very small few.

Energetic front man Mark Adkins said the overall process was pretty difficult.

"This was no walk in the park and a rather taxing task. Truth be told, several entries should not call themselves bands," he joked. "Over the past few days I have listened to more different bands recordings than I have in the past 15 years."

The full list of supports include:
