For the first time in seven years, veteran US pop-punk outfit The Ataris are heading to Australia for a headline tour this June. 

To make the shows just that extra bit special for their fans, the Indiana-founded band will perform tracks from two classic albums in Blue Skies, Broken Hearts…Next 12 Exits (1999) and So Long, Astoria (2003). 

The tour kicks off in Brisbane at The Triffid (3 June), followed by shows at Sydney's Metro Theatre (5 June), 170 Russell in Melbourne (7 June), Fowlers Live in Adelaide (9 June) and Perth's Amplifier Bar (12 June).

The Ataris are currently gearing up for the release of their sixth studio album and their first in nine years, The Graveyard Of The Atlantic and four tracks from the forthcoming record can be listened to now on the group's Bandcamp page
