And they'll be joining Run The Jewels in Sydney and Melbourne.

More Flatbush Zombies More Flatbush Zombies

Brooklyn's Flatbush Zombies will make their return to the east coast for the first time since 2013 at the end of this year and start of next, adding to their commitment on the Origin festival line-up with a headline outing in Brisbane.

The trio will play a one-off sideshow at Max Watt's in January, as well as supporting Run The Jewels in Melbourne and Sydney for the group's Falls Festival sideshow dates.

Although Flatbush Zombies have been active since 2010, they only released their debut album, 3001: A Laced Odyssey, in March last year. Their catalogue is nonetheless pretty dang meaty, including their two well-received mixtapes — D.R.U.G.S. (2012) and BetterOffDead (2013) — and their debut EP Clockwork Indigo, which they released in collaboration with fellow Flatbush natives The Underachievers, both groups working under the titular moniker for the EP.

A My Live Nation presale will be held for the show from 10am this Tuesday, 26 September, through till 10am on Thursday.
