EXCLUSIVE: Beth Orton Talks Toilets, Twitter & Churches, Performs New Song

The fantastic Beth Orton was recently in the country for a series of shows as a part of a recent Heavenly Sounds tour, which saw her performing intimate shows in churches all across the country, and while she was here she took the time to stop by theMusic.com.au headquarters to have a chat and play us a song.

The song she played was the stunning Dawn Chorus from her latest record Sugaring Season:

In the interview, she explains the appeal of playing in the church environment and tells the story about how she lost her favourite guitar and how British soccer superstar Joey Barton helped her get it back.
