Sydney and Melbourne headline shows

More Foals More Foals

Foals are galloping into Sydney and Melbourne for a series of headline shows, closely followed by two killer supports: London quartet Django Django and Sydney synth-pop trio Mansionair. Unfortunately, Django Django have appeared to cancel their two Falls Fest sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne to accommodate these new support slots.

The shows are still visible on their Facebook page, however Metro Theatre's website, where their Sydney show was slated for 6 January, shows that the gig is cancelled. 170 Russell's website where they were due to play on 8 January doesn't show the gig at all.

After the unexpected success of their self titled album in 2012, Django Django have been riding the wave and are currently touring throughout the US and Europe in support of their recent release Born Under Saturn. They will be crossing the ocean in time to celebrate the New Year at Falls Festival and to share the bill with fellow pommies Foals.

Since dropping debut single Hold Me Down, Jack Froggatt, Lachlan Bostock and Alex Nicholls of Aussie three-piece Mansionair have been basking in the glow of praise surrounding their most recent string of festival appearances at Laneway Festival and Splendour in the Grass, as well as sold out headline shows.
