Chet Faker gets his skate on in new video 'Feel Good'.

More Chet Faker More Chet Faker

Aussie indie stalwart Chet Faker has just unleashed another taste of his upcoming album via brand new single, Feel Good.

The artist, known offstage as Nick Murphy, shared the new tune today alongside a vibed-out video featuring rollerblading through the desert.

“I broke my hand filming this last week and I don’t regret one bit of it," Murphy said.

Chet Faker's fourth LP, Hotel Surrender, is slated for release on July 16 via BMG/Detail Records.

“There were a lot of heavy perspective shifters for me,” Murphy said of the album when it was announced back in April.

Now I see that it’s more Shamanistic. You’ve got to find some light — or sometimes dark, whatever’s right — and share it.

"I realised that was the heart of the Chet Faker project. And I felt like the world was hurting, so I thought, ‘I can do a small something to give people some joy'."
