Mark Hoppus, Hayley Williams & More To Join Best Coast’s ‘Crazy For You’ Anniversary Live Stream

US rockers Best Coast have an enlisted an all-star cast to help them celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, Crazy For You.

Bethany Cosentino and Bobb Bruno have confirmed a special live-stream for the event on August 15, which will feature them performing the LP from start to finish alongside archival footage, interviews and more.

The Los Angeles duo will also be joined by special guests, with Paramore’s Hayley Williams, blink-182’s Mark Hoppus and CHVRCHES’ Lauren Mayberry confirmed alongside “lots more”.

The Crazy For You live-stream will mark the first time Best Coast have performed the album from start to finish in its entirety.

“Crazy for You truly changed my life,” Cosentino said. “I was 22 years old, feeling so lost, confused and anxious - and so I wrote a bunch of songs about it. I had no idea the album would impact people the way it did back then, and I had no idea its legacy would last a decade later. 

“When I started this band, I had no expectations of what would happen, I just wanted to make and play music with my friend. 

“Bobb and I feel so lucky to have been able to do everything we have over the last 10 years, and we are so appreciative of our fans who have stuck with us since the beginning.”
