Staff Reportedly Refusing To Work With 2DayFM Breakfast Host Em Rusciano
It comes after the show has experienced spikes in the radio ratings.

Staff of 2DayFM's breakfast show are reportedly refusing to work with host Em Rusciano, while her own co-host is allegedly not speaking to her off air.
According to The Daily Telegraph, some of the staff have already left the show, while others are actively looking for new work.
"Things are at breaking point, people just cannot work with her energy," one source said.
"There have been… casualties at the hands of Em Rusciano."

They continued, "The audio producer is now working on another show, the publicist is refusing to work with her and one of the producers has told the company that they are looking for other work.
"All of that on top of the previous host (Harley Breen) leaving."
Breen left the struggling network at the end of last year to commit full time to stand up and in an interview this month with news.com.au, the comic said he has not been in touch with Rusciano since departing.
"… We haven't been hanging out for spritz's in the afternoon," he said.
Breen was replaced by Ed Kavalee and Grant Denyer this year. The Daily Telegraph has reported that Kavalee refused to speak to Rusciano off air during yesterday's program, following comments she made on a recent episode of Wil Anderson's podcast, Wilosophy, where she said, "I don’t think I’m suited to breakfast radio".

"I, all of a sudden, got two co-hosts that I’d never really met or spoken to, and then I’m expected to have this instant chemistry with," Rusciano said on the podcast.
"And it was just hectic. And it was The Em Rusciano Radio Show. It was my show, and all of a sudden Ed’s anchoring."
Rusciano also said on the podcast, "I struggle in a team environment.
"I always watch Hamish & Andy and how seamlessly they all gel together. Like, they’ve obviously got their vibe, but also they’ve picked their team.
"I often get put together with people I would never pick to work with, just because of my personality type."
Rusciano's breakfast show has managed to increase the network's ratings slightly in recent months, which has struggled to gain an audience since the departure of Kyle & Jackie O in 2014.
The latest radio ratings, released in April, saw 2DayFM climb from the bottom of the FM ladder for the first time in quite a while.
The allegations come after Rusciano roasted her show and 2DayFM during a stand-up show last month, saying, "You guys, enjoy me while you can, because they’ll replace me with 2Day FM Breakfast with Schapelle Corby by the end of the year".
She continued, "They’re going to have to fucking fire me, you know that… I’m my own worst enemy. I’m going to get myself sacked. You fucking know that."
