More Statues More Statues

Perth hardcore outfit Statues have enlisted some of Perth’s best local acts for a compilation raising funds and awareness for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.

Released on Bandcamp, WA favourites POW! Negro, New Talk, FOAM and more make an appearance on Sanctuary Vol. 1, with a launch show scheduled for this Saturday at Amplifier Bar with support from Ratking, Worlds Apart, Yomi Ship and Displacement, who also feature.

"Perth's music scene is plainly incredible. There is so much amazing talent, spread across a multitude of genres, and this compilation highlights only a small sample of what there is to hear from our little city," Statues guitarist Scott Kay said.

"Support artists you love by going to their shows, buying their music, and telling your friends. Support ASRC by donating to this compilation."

"We have chosen ASRC due to the broad spectrum of humanitarian work they do,” vocalist Alex Shom added.
