Sigh, Splendour Tickets Have Already Hit Resale Websites For Double The Price

Just a day after Splendour In The Grass totally sold-out, resale website Viagogo has already listed three-day and Friday event tickets for more than double their original price.

Despite repeated warnings about not buying tickets from unaccredited outlets, tickets have popped up on Viagogo today with three-day tickets going for as much as $889 and Friday tickets being sold for almost $300.  

Splendour issued a warning following selling out, saying that the only way to buy a legitimate ticket is through the official Moshtix resale which launches Monday 14 May.

The statement detailed that official Splendour tickets contain the name and birthdate of the person that purchased them and thus cannot be legitimately resold through unauthorised resellers.
