Two firsts happened over the weekend at Coachella; Luke Steele and Daniel Johns made their live debut as DREAMS and Beyoncé slayed her performance as the first African-American woman to headline the festival ever.
After being the first act in Coachella history to be booked before they had even released any music, DREAMS held their own, sailing through singles No One Will Defeat Us and Silence clad in typically outlandish threads and set against trippy visuals.
Following months of anticipatory excitement, Beyoncé's did not disappoint with her Saturday night set, reuniting with former Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, bringing out her sister Solange for a dancing duet and eventually causing twitter to rename the iconic festival Beychella.
