Surf's up.

More SAFIA More SAFIA

Live music and surfing go hand-in-hand so it only makes sense to create a brand new music festival to cater for it.

Newly-announced The Drop festival, taking place through this March and April, will follow the Australian leg of the World Surf League Championship Tour through D'Bar near Snapper Rocks, Torquay near Bells Beach and Margaret River.

Confirmed on the inaugural bill includes a slew of Aussie favourites such as SAFIA, Dune Rats, San Cisco, Holy Holy and Ruby Fields.

Australian surfing royalty and The Drop founding partner Wayne "Rabbit" Bartholomew said of the new venture, "The Drop Music Festival’s gonna rock Snapper, Bells and Margaret River in 2018.
