Shaggy has pulled out of the RNB Vine Days festival tour to be replaced by legendary 90’s outfit Blackstreet.

The Boombastic singer cited a last-minute media opportunity in the US as the reason for the departure, promising to make it up to his Australian fans.

“I’m disappointed to not celebrate RNB Vine Days with my fans,” Shaggy said in a statement.
