Lana Del Rey Says Radiohead Lawsuit Could See Disputed Song Removed From Album

Lana Del Rey has suggested the song she is being sued for by Radiohead could result in the track being removed from her 2017 album, Lust For Life.

Del Rey confirmed yesterday she is being sued for copyright infringement by the UK rock outfit, who allege her song, Get Free, is a rip-off of their iconic 1992 tune, Creep.

As Pitchfork reports, the US songwriter addressed the controversy during a concert in Denver last night.

"I just want to let you know that regardless if it gets taken down off of everything, that those sentiments that I wrote… that I really am going to strive for them, even if that song is not on future physical releases of the record.

"I just wanted to let you know that for the kids and for the not-kids, who are the real fans, who are here. So that’s probably the last thing I’ll say about it. But thanks."
