The trial continues later this month

The man accused of murdering Byron Bay DJ Chris Bradley will remain in custody following a successful bid from the prosecution.

As ABC reports, the accused, dual UK-Australian Javen O'Neill, will remain behind bars after Justice David Davies approved a detention application.

The prosecution’s successful bid was lodged after the NSW Supreme Court set a $400,000 surety bond last week.
