First Performers Announced For The 2018 CMC Awards

Grab your acoustic guitars and don your cowboy hats because the first two performers have been announced for the 2018 edition of the CMC Music Awards.

Taking to the stage at The Star Gold Coast next March will be US rising star, Kelsea Ballerini, and local act, The Wolfe Brothers. These are just the first two performers announced that will be there to celebrate Australian country music’s night of nights.

Ballerini, who was down under two years ago to perform at the awards, is “so excited to come back and perform for my Aussie friends".

Tassie boys and former CMC award-winners, The Wolfe Brothers, are similarly stoked to be on the line-up.

“We’re absolutely wrapped to be performing at the 2018 CMC Music Awards. It’s really our favourite night of the year, with the international element and the awards being fan voted it means a lot to us to be involved.” The band said in a statement
