After much hype and speculation, Jessica Mauboy has been confirmed as Australia’s 2018 Eurovision Song Contest entry.

Mauboy performed as a Eurovision guest back in 2014 and was the first non-European solo artist to do so at the time, making her a formidable competitor in Lisbon, Portugal in 2018.

The Darwin-born artist follows in the footsteps of Isaiah Firebrace, Dami Im and Guy Sebastian, who all finished in the top ten when representing Australia in previous years.
